How do you ship out orders?
We ship orders the most economical way to our customers.

Can you drop ship to our customer?
Yes we can do drop ships. You can also provide your own packing slip if you wish for these orders.

What are your hours of operation?
Mon-Fri 9:00am-4:00pm EST

How much are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are determined on the weight and dimensions of the order and location where it will be shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?
We ship for free on orders over $4000.00 before taxes.

What is your return policy?
Unopened products may be returned in their original packaging with prior authorization. Please contact us. Upon inspection of goods we will offer a credit or refund. Our standard restocking fee is 20%.

Is there an expiry date associated with your products?
All Class II devices are labelled with a manufacture and expiration date. The expiration is 5 years past manufacture date.

Are your products registered/licensed?
All of our products are Health Canada registered under MDSAP (ISO 13485:2016)

How quickly do you ship orders?
We aim to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Most orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours.

Company cheque, EFT, Visa or MasterCard.

What are your payment terms?
Net 30 days. Payment for new customers must be received prior to shipping and until credit history is established.

Is private labelling available?
Private labelling of product is available upon request.
